Payment of the plan to go retainer fee, deposit and/or full payment shall be deemed
as consent by the traveller to the following Terms and Conditions.
A deposit along with a completed client registration form is required by all individual travelers or private and hosted group travelers. Unless otherwise specified on a hosted group travel event by BSR Travel, any adult over 21 years old can join a hosted group travel event by securing their spot with a deposit as long as the final payment due date hasn’t passed and space is available. Deposit is non-refundable if you cancel any or all portions of the itinerary. Please note that if you find a lower package price PRIOR to paying your deposit, please let us know and we will do our best to match that price. If you find a lower price AFTER making payment, we can not refund or reduce your travel package and our quote as listed above stands as agreed upon. All quoted prices are subject to change. Deposit and final payment must be made by due dates to avoid cancellation.
Plan to Go Retainer Fee
Plan to go retainer fee of $100 is required for groups of 10 or more. The retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable but will be applied to the travel deposit when the final itinerary is selected. The retainer is waived for solo travelers and groups up to 9 people. Once the retainer is paid the research begins. We will utilize our most trusted suppliers and partners to build travel options for you to consider. When an option is selected we will adjust the itinerary until you have a well detailed travel plan that is comfortable for you. We will take time to explain the details of the final quote so you are fully informed of your selection.
Credit Card Authorization Form
Credit cards are the preferred method of payment. Payments will be submitted directly to our travel supplier to be processed unless otherwise specified on the payment page. To book travel we require completion of the credit card authorization form to process payment(s) by credit card.
