To begin the process of research and planning a custom itinerary, we require a Professional Travel Planning Service Fee. There are three levels of planning: Do-It-Yourself (DYI), Concierge and VIP.  The professional planning service is non-refundable and non-transferable. The service is non-refundable because effective travel planning involves much time and is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. 

Once the planning service is paid the research begins. We will utilize our most trusted suppliers and partners to build travel options for you to consider.  When an option is selected we will adjust the itinerary until you have a well-detailed travel plan that is comfortable for you. We will take the time to explain the details of the final quote so you are fully informed of your travel selection.  After this non-refundable professional planning service, you only pay for the cost of the travel package.
